I thought of this, because I suffer from nasal congestion a lot in allergy season. If that's the case, take smaller bites and every once in a while, open your mouth to breathe. It can be done very discreetly. Or, you can ask to have it all ground up in a blender and drink it from a straw.

Context my friend. Eating really consists of placing food in the mouth and chewing. One can infer that they are clearly speaking of the chewing portion of the eating activity.

I know some folks that chew with their mouth open, but there's one person in particular that also breathes very heavily and smacks a lot while eating. It's the most disgusting thing to be around... but overall he's the most disgusting human I've ever known so yeah, it makes sense.
