one of the reasons people make backups of dvds is because they have kids. those little brats will destroy every single one of the originals.

The thought of backing up all the DVDs I buy makes me shudder. I think my DVD burner would grow arms and legs, point at me whilst cursing and then run away.

DVD-R huh? I thought most people had already switched over to streaming ISO from the computer to the xbox HD and map another HD on the computer for additional storage. Meh.

Me. 🙂
I dont have any pics of it, but is quite simple, its all in the media player config file, the adresses , the server type etc etc etc, a good crossover cable and a large hd its all you need to stream dvds.

But i think that it works better playing divx/xvid. A cheap dvd players costs about +/-30 a cheap divx player costs +/-100 .

Better thant this is to do what i usually do , i use the windows explorer tu cut/paste the movies that i want to my 120gb ( actually 112Gb, i dont use the partition G: ) and then i can carry my xbox anywere.
