Only about half of the XP 2500's were able to do 11x200 on stock voltage. Try giving your processor 1.75v, then try 11x190, or 11x195. BTW, you have one of the worst overclocking Socket A motherboards from that era, so don't be surprised that it may not do 200 Mhz FSB.

Update: no longer a problem, I am running on a DS3 and E6400





Yeah, I know its a bad motherboard, from personal experience, and from many reviews I read... after I brought it, of course :laugh:


EDIT: 195 isn't stable, get an error in superpi immediately.

I can run Superpi at 190, but get errors in torture test in Prime95. temps are ~64C at 11x190 1.75v.

I will need to get an aftermarket HSF when I upgrade to core 2 duo... the ambient temp in case is still very cool.


I will try running oblivion tommorow, see how long I can run that before it crashes :D
