Hey guys, I'm considering trying out Ubuntu on my UX31A which currently has Windows 8 on it. I have everything set up how I like it, but I feel that I can give Ubuntu the best chance on this unit. I want to clone the drive that's on there right now, so I can just restore it quickly to it's current state if I need to go back.
I'm familiar with how to clone and restore drives, but I've not worked on an integrated SSD, like in the UX31A, before. The way I've always done this previously is to take the target drive, connect it to another pc and then run the restore. I'm not sure how to accomplish this with the integrated SSD. Any suggestions would be great.
