Cloning software I can run from a USB pen drive

Just looking for something I can use that will install using a USB 1gb drive to clone one hard drive to another.

Acronis True Image can create a 50MB bootable CD/USB drive with exactly what you need.

That is very true. Acronis TI can prepare a bootable rescue disk on a flash memory device. I use it frequently when backing up my laptop HDD to a second drive in the Thinkpad Ultrabay. That replaces the optical drive, so it is an excellent option.
