Cloning raid

Yes. Cloning software, such as Acronis TI sees a RAID array as a single lettered drive. As source, it can be cloned to any suitable single drive. BTW - that is how I backup my RAID array!
 
Thank you, guys! I will give it a shot. I've installed Windows 8 on a Raid 2-drive configuration and I am not sure it was a good thing for me. I am accustomed to using single drive with a separate drive for the back-up. I also use server for daily back ups. I am a little paranoid that one of the drives in the Raid may take a dive one day and I will end up loosing my system. Thanks for the suggestions and input.
