Cloning HD partition

I have two hard drives in my system now (8gig and 60 gig) and each one is divided into several partitions. I want to move all files on my C drive (8 gig) onto a partition in my 60 gig because I'm moving the 8 gig into another computer. I want to avoid reinstalling everything over again. Also, the source (current C drive) and destination (future C drive) are different size (not sure if that matters). How should I do this? What software is best to do this job reliablely? I'm currently dual booting win98 and win xp.

Usually a new hard drive will come with software to do that.. like Maxtor's come with Maxblast or something like that.

Or you can use a 3rd party program like Drive Copy which will do what you want.
