Cloning a Hard Drive

I just bought a Raptor Hard Drive off of someone in the forums. Currently I am using an 80gb seagate. The raptor is only 36 gigs. I only have about 15gigs of stuff on the seagate though. Is there a program or a way for me to clone what is on the seagate onto the raptor?
 
Man if i had a Raptor I'd want to do a clean install on that thing, just so i could watch 39 minute XP install process zip by in half the time. Okay just kidding.
 
Norton Ghost is what I use... comes bundled with motherboards a lot of the time... so I got a few full version copies of it 🙂
 
I just ordered a Abit NF7-S mobo and it should be here tomorrow. If one doesn't come with that, want to give me a copy? 😀
