Cloned Hard Drive: Missing Space!

So I used HDclone to clone the old 20GB hard drive to my new 250GB. Only problem is that I am only seeing 20GB in the same two partitions as is was on the old drive; there is 230GB worth of space unaccounted for, and I'd reeealy like to have access to it.

Suggestions?
 
It's probably not partitioned. Use Partition Magic or Windows Disk Management to create a partition using the missing space.
