I cloned my drive because I was running out of space. From a 128gb drive to 750gb. OSX disk utility can't see the other other blank partition. 622gb. I tried clonezilla and gparted, and they see the right size gparted can't extend the partition.

I don't know aha cloning software you used, but I strongly recommend using Carbon Copy Cloner, because this is definitely not an issue with that application. If you still have your smaller drive, then I would suggest booting from that, reformatting the 750GB drive, and cloning again with Carbon Copy Cloner.

I'd second that. There's also SuperDuper!. Terminal, and Disk Utility will do the job as well, but why bother with that when there is the easier GUI solution?

Thirded the Carbon Copy Cloner recommendation. I've run into exactly this same problem - OS X doesn't like resizing drives.
