Clone drive into encrypted partition

Hi,

I would like to buy a SSD with 256 GB and create a ~200GB partition. The rest I would like to leave unpartitioned since I read this increases SSD's lifetime when using encryption which is what I want to do.

TrueCrypt's documentation says I should encrypt before I put data on the partition but is there any way I can simply clone my existing Windows installation "into" the encrypted partition? Or am I forced into a new install?
