Clone CD had me install new drivers?

When I installed clone CD it had me install new SCSI and RAID controller drivers. Is it supposed to do that? should I have installed them?
 
It might need specific access to the IDE bus. It therefore might install an update for this purpose.

I use Blind Write Suite.
