Clone 3 separate hard drives to partition 1TB drive

I have 2 x 200GB and 1 250GB drives. I want to clone the contents to a 1TB drive that is partitioned into 300, 300, 400GB partitions. What software can I use to do it? I've tried Acronis and it requires me to erase the destination hard drive first.

Acronis makes another program (Not TrueImage) that can copy partitions. It is called Disk Director Suite. I believe it can do that.

Macrium Reflect can do it, and the freeware version can if you have enough space empty on a partition somewhere to store the image first (it will only do drive to image and image to drive). I use it lots, actually.

Windows 7's built in backup imaging tool will do it as well, actually.
