hey guys, i have a small concern. I've read around from a lotta places that unless you manually enter the BIOS and clock ur RAM from say DDR333 to DDR400, then the default speed would indeed be DDR333.
I have the DFI UT lanparty nf3 250gb mobo with the award BIOS. the bios to me is a very foriegn area and i like to mess with it as much as i liked to fiddle with my registry. My question is whether this rumor is true (that by default the RAM is clocked slower) and if so should i change it to 400?
My mobo apparently doesnt support dual channel support (althoughi do have DC ram. shucks) and if I could make the RAM faster I think it should improve overall processing performance.
Thanks for any responses
