is there way to change my 1 gig 266fsb t-bird from a 1 gig 7.5x multiplier, to a 200 fsb 10x+ multiplier? i'm currently running underclocked on a 200fsb 7.5x multiplier @ 750mhz instead of 1000. thanks.

i can change the multiplier, but i can't figure out how to get it to go to 200 fsb... it's still a 266fsb multiplier and it won't boot.

Most 266 mainboards have a jumper for changing the speed from 100 to 133, which would be 200 or 266 for the CPU bus speed. Change the jumper to 100 and if you can change the multipler, change it to 10X and you should get 10X100 or 1000MHz.
