Athlon Xp 2600+
1-512MB RAM
80GB HD
GFX 440

My clock is set to 133MHZ, I don't want to oc yet. Multiplier is 8.0X/16.0X. My qeustion is everytime I boot up, the BIOS would say 1064MHZ. This would mean it is only multipling by 8.0. How can I get it to multiply by 16.0X.

Please Help....
