Clock settings won't stay changed

I have a G4 Ti 4200 128MB . I am using the latest omega drivers. I have overclocked it to 290\560, everything is running ok. I have one problem . I decided to revert back to the default clock settings which it did fine, but after I reboot it will go back to the overclocked settings and I cannot figure out why. And yes I checked the apply these settings at startup box. Any ideas .
 
Firstly, this will serve as a bump for you. Secondly, although I don't use those drivers, my idea w/b to uninstall/reinstall the Omega's to clear it up.
