Clock Multiplier on my Aopen AK73 Pro

When I change my dip switches for my clock multiplier, I don't see that it is recognized anywhere! When I boot it still says duron 800 (100.2 x 8)! I have it set at 11! Does anyone have any thoughts!

The duron's cpu could be multiplier locked. To unlock, just connect the L1 bridges.
