Clock is running way too fast

The clock on my computer is running way too fast, I have to sync it with the internet time server every couple minutes to keep the time correct. Is this a problem from windows or from my nf7-s v2.0?

I think you OC'ed the CPU too much and so the clock is running fast. j/k

Seriously, make sure you have all the latest bios updates.
