cloaking "sent to" in an email

I want to send an email to for example, 3 different people. one email, and i want all 3 to receive it.. but in a way so the 3 see that the email was only sent to them.. ie. they dont see the other 2 email addresses the email went to. how do i do this?
 
Yeah, just send the email to yourself(as some email programs require an address in the TO: field), and then BCC the three people. With some email programs BCC doesn't show up immediatly on screen but as an option under CC.
