Here is the 32 page filing (.pdf!) for the charges against Poppa Bundy.

It's about time. Poppa Bundy is also requesting a court-appointed lawyer. His "lawyer" was quoted last night so I'm wondering if Cliven only had a lawyer as long as the advice was free but once the cash needs to hit the table, Cliven calls for a free court-appointed lawyer...lol!

The judge told him to fill out the paperwork to see if he qualifies so at least he has something to keep him busy in his cell tonight.
