Clipboard problems .... Possible virus?

So I'm sitting here organizing files and I notice that I can't right click and copy/paste nor cut/paste. I noticed that I can't do it anywhere. I also noticed this problem at home with one of my Windows XP computers, also my room mate's computer had the same problem, he's recently reinstalled and the problem no longer exists. Also, a friend of mine says he was over in his gf's dorm room and her computer suddenly couldn't copy/paste either. My copy of Windows is about 2 days old, I JUST reformatted reinstalled. Does anyone have any idea what's going on? I'm running NAV which is up to date and ZAP as well.

Sure sounds like w32 blaster worm.

Check your System32 directory for the file msblast.exe.
