Clipboard for XP?

Brain-fade...how do I enable clipboard? Or is there an equivalent free prog? I just want to do a screen capture every so often, using the print screen key. thanks.
 
You mean the clipboard viewer?

For screenshots: hit printscreen for the whole screeen, or alt+printscrn for the active window, open up a graphics program (start->run mspaint), and paste.
