Sounds like to me he's talking about like discount "urgent care". Which is a great idea - I've never had a real "emergency" in my life. I've broke minor bones, been sick, but I've been to the ER many times. I used to be in a hospital network that had urgent care facilities and they were great. Now I have to go to the ER for any treatment needed same day. Added value of picking up your Rx right there.
