Whilst reading the latest edition I'd bought & coming across the article 'clime & punishment' ,I wondered within the 1st paragraph if it was anyone involved in CPDN ,sure enough in a box out at the bottom it says he's the founder of it & principal scientist.
Its ...err rather a radical way of cutting CO2 ,not very practical or enforceable idea atm I think!😛
I reckon he got the idea from the states ironically ,as you guys seem to be sueing each other 1/2 the time 😉
Should we be punished too by the inverse of the fuel economy of our cars? 😉
I don't know if there's a link to the article here at New Scientist ,their might be but I don't have time to look atm.
