A client has been arguing with our head developer for 20 minutes now about CSV files. First she claims they're not really text files, then she says the commas are junk and getting in the way :confused:

Plus it's our fault she opens them in Excel and they go mental...

At my first job, we had a client blame our software for their server catching on fire...yes...it is true.

I had a co-worker say that her files weren't opening here at work because her bosses house got struck by lightning.
