Got my hands on a spare unit of this model. I have a need to bridge a wifi wan connection to another router and was hoping not to have to purchase any additional hardware.
The original software looked pretty poor (a bit better after upgrading to latest fw). The two operation modes I have to choose from is Router mode or AP. Google hasn't been my friend, and the hopes of alternative firmware (openwrt/dd-wrt/tomato) doesn't seem to be particularly bright (though the Z2/nbg6817 does have openwrt support).
Anyone able to offer some guidance on whether or not this is possible with the model in question?
