Clicking Hard Drive

I just built a new computer. I bought a 36GB Raptor for the operating system and main drive (no other installed yet). System boots up fine but the drive clicks at start up. I try to load XP but it doesn't recognize drive and it is still clicking. No BIOS recognition of drive.

I have this same drive in another computer and it does not sound like this. Does this sound like a defective drive?
