I just finished up re-designing a website for a business. I was unable to get onto the server until now due to problems getting the server credentials from the previous business owner. So now I am finally able to look at the server-side code that is used for their "Buy a gift certificate' page.

The original designers used a package called clickcartpro. On this gift certificate page there are links at the bottom that go to pages that will no longer exist once the new site is launched. I need to change them.
This clickcartpro page appears to be generated with perl. I cannot for the life of me find the pl file with the html in it.

Another thing that surprised me is that this sever is loaded with over 6,000 files!! For this single website which is all in flash....!??? It's loaded with folders full of perl and php scripts and a hundred other file formats that I've never seen before.

The site itself only uses a few flash files and an image folder. I'm afraid to delete anything because I don't know what files are associated with this clickcartpro.

I've never seen such insanity before.

Anyways..

Does anybody know if there is some kind of default pl script that controls the layout for the shopping cart page? I need to find this. I was able to find the administrator tool but unfortunately that requires a log-in that is different from the server username/password that took us 2 months to get from the previous web designer. ugh. I'm hoping that the layout is editable without having to log into the admin tool.

The documentation on the clickcartpro website doesn't help me.

EDIT:

File is called ste_layout. Doesn't even have a file extension..?
