Ever since the second iteration of IE7 Beta 2, I've been getting this weird thing around all flash animations, and a lot of regular ol' graphics. When I hover my mouse over them, it has a dithered box outlining the graphic or flash, which I'll have to click in order to click the graphic itself or click a link in the flash movie. If I hold my mouse over it before clicking anything, a tooltip pops up that says "Click to activate and use this control".
I thought this problem was only in IE7 beta, but I experienced this for the first time today in IE6. Anyone know what this is and how to get rid of it? I'm getting tired of double-clicking on ****** that always took one click before (not because I'm lazy, because it shouldn't work like that damnit).
