CLI Flush Problem

:disgust:Since I installed the CLI Seti program, I have lost 4 WU's when flushing the
system. While watching the system dump the WU's back to seti, the WU's total number
will actually drop back approximately 10 positions. Then when the next WU is uploading,
the total will come back to the proper count less 1. It just does not count that 1 WU
in this process. If anyone knows what causes this and knows the fix, I would surely
like to know myself.

I believe I've seen this problem when doing multiple massive uploads although I have yet to prove it. I take one series of dir's full of w/u's, run a script to send all the results and then do the same thing on another dir. It seems that they don't follow each other as they should. I've yet to actually prove that it's happening as the problem is sporadic.
