Clearing out old messages

I can move messages from Inbox to another folder. Sent Folder only gives option to Delete.

What am I doing wrong?

Couldn't figure out how to move them both at same time. I know I'm likely missing something obvious but I did it the hard way by selecting certain dates, marking them and moving them piecemeal
 
Moving "sent items" this hasn't been a option in vb since 3.0.x

Only way to backup a "sent item" is to tic what one's you want, then use the drop menu at the bottom of the page & select download as *
