Clearing Media Center history/folders?

So I think 1-2 years ago I ran Media Center on my WMC Edition Laptop. Loaded libraries into it, closed it, and never used it again. Until now.

These libraries no longer exist. I can't find a simple way to have Media Center go back to default, so no libraries/folders/files exist. I downloaded a program last night that was some sort of Config Reset file which claimed it would delete any created folders, etc. But they were still there.

So when I run Media Center, it starts playing through files that no longer exist, over and over. I can't see formating an option right now, nor manually deleting over 50000 files and folders one at a time.

Please tell me I'm missing some easy, obvious menu option, cause I don't see it.

If you go into settings>library settings (my memory is hazy since I've moved to WMC in Vista), you can add/remove watched folders.
You can also delete your WMP libraries (MC is linked to WMP's library), it is in %userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Media Player -- look for the .wmdb files.
