Entity: Pretty good business model actually, and a particularly good chance at profitability within the next 18 months... unfortunately, that wasn't a sure thing, and given the wintry attitude toward dot-coms in the economy, we felt it would be better to hand our $15m back to the shareholders rather than spend it trying to make a buck.

Bobartig: Don't worry, operations will continue till early January. We'll be around a while longer. All orders should be fulfilled.
