Clear everything on xbox360???

OK, so I have this xbox360 that refuses to stream anything from my PC. It used to work, then one day it stopped for no good reason. I've googled this shit to death and can't fix it. So I want to reset my xbox back to the way it was when I first bought it. Remove all the updates, patches and everything. Is there a way to do this? Is there anything I should do before I kill it?
 
I don't know if you can revert to an older version of the dashboard... I don't think you can.

You will of course want to back up all of your saved games, and your gamertag while you're at it. You can recover your gamertag, but your saved games are saved locally.
