Clear Browser Cache, for domain users

Hi,

I have a question concerning Windows 2000 server A/D, how would I go about clearing the browser cache for users who log into the domain? I would like for the browser cache/ visited links+history to be cleared when the user logs off. The reason for this is because the computers that are joined to the domain are P3 450mhz with only 8.5gb total space, so therefore efficiency is a priority. (There is aprox. 6gb of space already used by other Programs and applications installed).

Server: Windows 2000 server with Active Directory (Most domain users are under a group policy)

Clients: Windows XP Professional

I hope this makes sense. Thanks for your time!

You can set IE to clear it's cache on exit of the app but not on login AFAIK, there has to be a GPO that corresponds to it.

i've thought about that but i wish there was a universal solution that would work for all current and future users that log in to these computers. Plus the fact the our current group policy forbid these users to edit IE properties.

Thanks for your response,

What's the problem with the GPO? The only difference between what you want and what it does is the time when the cache is cleared?
