Anyone know how to clean up the cables that come out of the power supply. I have too many and it clutters up my case. Thanks.

I wrapped my wires with Sleeving from SVC. After that I grouped them together with wire ties and tucked them out of the way. The sleeving looks better and makes the wires easier to manage in my opinion.

I picked up some spiral wrap from Frys, I like using this because you dont have to remove the molex connectors. you probably could also use some wire loom as well.

I think carefully about what wires I actually need to use and use as many as possible on the same branch of the wires. The unused ones get rolled up behind the PSU and/or motherboard tray. The ones I actually use get run behind the drive bays on their run to the drives. This (along with IDE/floppy cable management) keeps my case very neat.

Some other ways to clean up the inside of the case are to replace flat with round cables, and to get only the length of cable that you need. www.svc.com has a great selection, and does not try to ream you on shipping like most places. Replacing an 18" dual device flat floppy cable with a 10" single device round floppy cable gets rid of all sorts of mess. I just wish there was something shorter than 10" available, as my floppy controller is only about 4" from the connector to my FD.

I also have onboard RAID and use a separate 10" single device cable for each of the two HDs, while an 18" dual device goes up top to the DVD and burner.

I hear ya! It is definately a lot easier to keep the cables neat when you don't need many of them.

Silence is golden! yeah. Noise is platinum. :)

anyways... where's the RAM in that comp?

I like the wiring, though. have you seen Alienware's 1337 wiring?
