I have never seen so much crud in one place!! There was pepsi residue, pieces of chips and candy, hair, dirt, dust and all sorts of nasty things in there.

It took me over an hour just to clean it. BTW, that is the first time I've cleaned it in about 2 years...

i just bought a new keyboard...

tried cleaning before, ended up erasing half the letters... not worth the grief imo.

i use the cheap keyboards which are like... almost-disposable.

I take my keyboard apart every few months because crumbs always manage to get into crevices between the keys.

I make sure I do not bring too much stuff around my keyboard that will have fallout. My one keyboard is four years old and I have never cleaned it past blowing compressed air through it..

I usually just end up flipping it over, shaking it, and smacking the back a few times.. it's lovely watching all the crumbs fall out.. I probably should take it apart and clean it, but that requires effort. Effort = bad.
