Cleaning the inside of a Razr screen?

The inside of the screen on my razr is really really dusty. I have no idea how it all got in there, but wiping the outside does nothing to it whatsoever. My sister has one as well and her screen is in perfect condition.

Anyone else have this problem, or better yet, a solution?
