Cleaning stained Sandstone porch & house base

I tried a pressure washer on the entire porch stairs and the rust and the black specs are not coming off. I also tried scrubbing it with Oxy Clean and it didn't work, used a fairly abrasive scrub brush and nothing. Any ideas how I can get this Sandstone clean? The black stain marks are around the entire house, too.

I don't know with any certainty but I think sandblasting is the only way. I think you could probably find the right product to help with that rust stain, but otherwise it might be best to let everything remain as-is and start referring to it as a "patina".

Sandstone is a very porous stone.

Thanks guys, I think you are right, it'll probably just end up staying that way.. wanted to have it clean before it gets repaired but looks like that's the way it's gonna be

I've never done it on natural stone so I don't know if it will cause staining, but bleach on a paper towel will remove rust from hard flooring surfaces.

Basically you put it on a paper towel to keep the area damp with bleach.
