Cleaning out the Gunk

Wetling23

The water in my system has gotten a little gunky (I must not have used enough water wetter or something). I'm replacing the block so I'd like to make sure the pump and tubes are as clean as possible before hand so I don't have a repeat situation.

The question is, what is the best way to do this? I was thinking of first running some straight bleach through the system, and then running some distilled water through to rinse it out.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Thanks

Most people use 1/2 pinesol, 1/2 lysol. If you want to scrub the inside of your tubing, aquarium supply stores sell long flexible scrubbers for that.
