Cleaning linoleum advice

I know how to strip, sand, repair hardwood floors. I know how to lay carpet. But I've never had a place where I've had linoleum to clean. I have it in the kitchen and the main bathroom. It is a whiteish color with a lite grey pattern.

But the floor looks dingy, sorty yellowish and grey. Anyone here a pro at getting a linoleum floor oh-so-sparkling white?

Thanks.

In reality it's probably Vinyl. Linoleum was short-lived and quickly replaced with Vinyl.

I'd go with Softscrub if pinesol or soap and water didn't do it.
