Cleaning LCDS...Recommendations??

I did some reading, it looks like the formula is 50% rubbing alcohol and 50% water. This is used in the expensive wipes too. Just google it, you will see a ton of info.

Microfiber cloths can be had for far less -from optician or camera shop for fine or else auto parts/car detailer supply (or ebay) for the towel type like those Monster. Distilled water is cheap and should be good enough. Rubbing alcohol costs nuthin' from any pharmacy but what kind of goo is likely to be on an LCD to require adhesive stripping power? I would only use it even diluted if plain water was not sufficient.

You can also submerge in kerosene and apply flame if you want to remove alcohol-immune bacteria, which LCDs are prone to.

Just use a fine grade steel wool..............not.

I use a wet face cloth to wash and a dry face cloth to dry...........no cost, works great.
