Cleaning LCD Monitors

What is the proper way to clean LCD monitors? On my CRT glass displays I just spray on some Windex and rub away, but judging by the LCD displays reaction, I'd guess that even small amounts of pressure on the screen are bad for it. How am I supposed to clean this thing? Would windex be bad for the 'plastic' screen?

at the apple store they have that iklear stuff.. seems to work reasonably well
