Cleaning inside of laser printer. What to use?

What's best to use to clean out the ink/toner from the inside of a laser printer? Would rubbing alcohol be ok?
 
there are special 'toner cloths' you can buy. they basically are slightly sticky so the toner sticks to them

type toner cloth into Google, should point you to where you can buy some, recommended as air-borne toner particles are not good for your health.
