whats the best thing you guys have used to clean monitor screens or CDs?

i would just use some windex on my monitor but someone told me thats not good for it. a wet paper towel doesnt work so great 😛

for scratched up, fingerprinted cds, i usually use an old cotton t-shirt, hehe. any chemicals you can use on it? alchohol? i just bought the GameDoctor/DVDDoctor at CompUSA. anyone have any experience with that? i heard it works but it takes the shine off the cds so they look like crap afterwards

thx

For your monitor, I would suggest Kensington Screen Guardian, "it's safe for notebooks, anti-glare and polorized computer screens." I apply it w/ an old 100% cotton T. Works very well in my opinion. As for CD's, I really don't get mine dirty so I can's offer a suggestion for you. Hope this helps.
