Cleaning a VGA card

I am moving my 9800 pro - (yes yes an AGP) - from my old computer to my new rig. I see a lot of dust etc on what is really the bottom of the card but in the case it faces down when installed. The superior surface is much cleaner. How do I clean this before sticking into the new - clean rig... with out detroying the card? Any ideas are appreciated.
