Clean Win2K Install: How to format 2nd & 3rd partition to NTFS

I have a clean install of Win2K, and am using 3 partitions, (1 ea) 20gig Dos partition and (2 ea) 10gig Extended (Logical Drive) partitions.
I let Win2K format the main Dos Partition to NTFS diring the OS install.
Now I need to format the 2 Extended Dos (Logical Drive) partitions.

I do not believe that I can use Fdisk, as I do not recall ever seeing an option for NTFS.
Can I do it from within Win2K? Do I need to make a start up disk and use that? or what?

Thanks for any and all comments.

Do it from within Win2K.

Right click on My Computer and select Manage. Click the + on Storage, then go to Disk Management. Right click on the partition and select Format.
