Clean re-installation

I *might* reinstall after a mobo upgrade. I did this last time but usually don't. the only time I would absolutely reinstall is a change in HALs.

As a general rule, anything short of a mobo swap shouldn't really need a reinstall. Even then it's not always necessary (although not a bad idea...depends on many other variables).
 
I usually reinstall the OS when I change the processer and motherboard. Will be doing this in the next couple of weeks when I go from my AMD A64 3400+ to the Intel Conroe E6400.
