Clean install of Win98 SE

Would someone please give me some step-by-step instructions on doing a clean install of Win98?

When would I FDISK and FORMAT?

Do I need to set the CD-ROM as my first boot device?

At what point do I copy the files from the CD to my hard drive? And which files do I copy? Do I need to create a virtual drive to do the install from?

I didn't do the original install, so I have no experience with this. I did check the archived posts to see if anyone had asked this before.
